Senior Sales Engineer

Elisity, a pioneering cybersecurity startup, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team remotely within the United States. In this pivotal role, you'll be the technical bridge between our innovative microsegmentation solution and our enterprise customers. You'll work closely with the sales team to demonstrate the value of our platform, address complex technical queries, and ensure successful customer implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective enterprise customers, showcasing how Elisity's solution enhances threat detection and simplifies policy management.
  • Provide high-level pre-sales technical support, including architecting and overseeing proof of concept installations and addressing sophisticated technical questions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather strategic customer feedback and contribute significantly to product roadmap discussions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced technical documentation, including complex solution architectures and integration guides.
  • Design and create custom demos and use cases tailored to specific customer needs, particularly for high-value prospects.
  • Guide junior team members in troubleshooting customer environments during the sales process and initial implementation phases.
  • Serve as a technical thought leader, representing Elisity at industry events and contributing to the company's overall technical strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive technical background in network security, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), and enterprise software, with at least 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Linux, Unix, network and firewall equipment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity concepts, particularly in the areas of microsegmentation and zero trust architectures.
  • Proven track record of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level technical decision-makers.
  • Significant experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical aspects of complex sales cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with remote work and ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings or company events.

Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Elisity, a pioneering cybersecurity startup, is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a remote position based in the United States. As a Sr. SDR, you will play a crucial role in our account-based marketing (ABM) and account-based experience (ABX) strategies, identifying and engaging with high-value enterprise accounts for our innovative microsegmentation solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute ABM/ABX strategies to identify, research, and engage with key stakeholders in target enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and implement personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media, etc.) aligned with our ABM/ABX framework.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, understanding their industry challenges, business goals, and potential pain points that Elisity can address.
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand potential customers' needs, tailoring conversations to each account's specific context.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated touchpoints across ABM/ABX campaigns.
  • Schedule and set up meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, providing comprehensive account intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system, with a focus on account engagement metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Elisity's product offerings to provide valuable insights to target accounts.
  • Mentor junior SDRs in ABM/ABX best practices and contribute to the development of account-based strategies within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B technology sales environment with exposure to ABM/ABX strategies.
  • Experience in cybersecurity and/or networking sales is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota and KPIs in an account-based selling environment.
  • Strong understanding of ABM/ABX methodologies and the B2B enterprise sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences and craft personalized messages.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms, as well as ABM-specific tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth account research and leverage insights for personalized outreach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively to transform business problems into ML project goals.
  • Exploratory analysis of raw data and engineered features to get underlying patterns and trends.
  • Prototype features and models - i.e. based on networking traffic and property-graph inputs.
  • Design, develop and deploy machine learning models i.e.: classification and clustering, changes recommendation.

  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and define new metrics and KPIs to track system health and performance.
